Stuart Robb - Managing Director
Stuart brought to Quinovic the benefits of his wide experience in senior business roles, including in IT services as CEO of Infinity Solutions (now Fujitsu). He also worked with the NZ Rugby Union and before joining Quinovic's Group Office team in Wellington was Chief Financial Officer for the NZ Racing Board (TAB). Stuart's key role is to drive the business development component of Quinovic's business plan while making a significant contribution to other general management roles and serve on the Group Office Board of Management.
Stuart is married to Leisa with two children, Baxter and Madison. He's a long term follower of the Hurricanes, Wellington cricket and NZ Cricket. He's also a big All Blacks fan and while working for the NZRU had the opportunity to sell sponsorship for the All Blacks and broadcasting rights for rugby.

Tamsin Watson - General Manager - Franchise Support
Tamsin first began working for Quinovic in 1989. After completing her Business & Management Diploma, she spent three years in a full-time Property Manager's role before heading to the United Kingdom. On her return she joined Quinovic Head Office, providing franchise system support to existing franchises and training new franchisees. She later returned to the UK, where she worked in a managerial role for an IT company. She returned in May 2004 to join the Head Office team as a Franchise Support Manager. Her extensive knowledge of the business is shared with existing franchises and used to train new franchisees on how to run their business.
Vivienne Atkinson - General Manager - Finance & Administration
Vivienne is the Finance and Administration Manager at Group Office in Wellington. Prior to joining the Quinovic Group in mid-January 2011 she had experience as a long term employee for some privately owned and fast growing companies within New Zealand. Vivienne has a wealth of experience helping business owners to stay informed on a daily and monthly basis by constantly monitoring key business indicators through reporting from financial management software including MYOB and QPMS (in house property management system). She firmly believes that the Group Office Team are well equipped to help all owners better understand their own businesses and is excited at the prospect of helping to encourage consistent growth and long term success for the Quinovic Group.
Ross Davey - Executive Chairman
After 20 years in the computer industry and with experience of owning managed rental properties Ross decided there was an opportunity for a company that was advanced in technology and committed to providing personalised quality management services. Quinovic was founded by Ross in 1988, opened its first franchised office in 1991 and from the outset was determined to become the pre-eminent supplier of quality residential property management services in New Zealand. Quinovic has since developed unique expertise in professionally managing residential properties both for home owners moving out of town and for residential property investors. Quinovic's thorough, professional and technologically advanced approach has so effectively met the demand for quality property management services that it has grown to be the largest and most preferred specialist property management group of its type.
Lana Davey - Director
Lana is a Director of Quinovic Property Management and worked with Ross since the company's inception in 1988. Her previous experience as a shorthand typist secretary to a number of senior managers, directors and CEOs, and later as a printing sales executive, has given her a broad range of skills. Lana ran the office, personnel and administrative function of the franchise she and Ross owned.
