Max and Lynn Kime became Quinovic franchise holders in 2002. Max is a former director of the Motor Trade Association based in Wellington. At Quinovic Greenlane he's responsible for new business, meeting with prospective owners and all financial aspects of running the business. Lynn, who specialises in tenancy duties, also enjoys her contact with owners and is happy to recommend how to 'do up' an investment property to get a better return.
