Ross Davey - Managing Director
After 20 years in the computer industry and with experience of having rental properties managed Ross decided there was an opportunity for a company that was advanced in technology and committed to providing personalised quality management services. Quinovic was founded by Ross in 1988, opened its first franchised office in 1991 and from the outset was determined to become the pre-eminent supplier of quality residential property management services in New Zealand. Over many years Quinovic has developed unique expertise in professionally managing residential properties for home owners moving out of town and for residential property investors. Quinovic's thorough, professional and technologically advanced approach has so effectively met the demand for quality property management services that it has grown to be the largest and most preferred specialist property management group of its type.
Lana Davey - Director
Lana is a Director of Quinovic Property Management and has worked with Ross since the company's inception in 1988. Her previous experience as a shorthand typist secretary to a number of senior managers, Directors and CEO's and later as a printing sales executive has given her a broad range of skills. Lana ran the office, personnel and administrative function of the franchise she and Ross owned and her role in the Group office involves control over Group purchases for the respective franchised offices, administrative support and responsibility for the organization of Group events like the Annual National Conference and the Annual Quinovic Golf Challenge.
Tamsin Watson - Franchise Support Manager
Tamsin has worked at Quinovic for a number of years, commencing her first part-time role in 1989. After completing her Business & Management Diploma she moved into a full time Property Managers role which she enjoyed for three years before heading over to the United Kingdom. On her return she joined Quinovic Head Office providing franchise system support to existing franchises and training new franchisees. She later returned to the United Kingdom where she worked for an IT company, based at their client site managing the support of the main workflow application. She returned in May 2004 to join the Head Office team again as a Franchise Support Manager where her extensive knowledge of the business is shared with existing franchises and used to train new franchisees on how to run their business.
Juliet Robinson - Business Development Manager
Juliet opened a Quinovic franchise in Nelson in May 2004 and has evolved this into a very successful operation in the five years she has operated. Prior to this she had several years overseas mainly in Australia and London working in strategic business development roles and nine years working in corporate and electronic banking business development roles with ANZ. Juliet will bring a great deal of passion and experience to the business development role she now fulfills and retaining her ownership of her business in Nelson will keep her close to the coal face. Her experience in working in different industry segments around the world has given her a strong business ethic and sound business background.
