Quinovic, the leading franchisor in residential property management, is looking for a Customer Support & Marketing Coordinator to support our national network of franchises.
As a key member of our support team, you will manage incoming inquiries, assist with marketing initiatives, oversee HubSpot CRM operations, and provide general franchise support. Your work will help ensure fast response times, smooth franchise operations, and high-quality customer service.
Customer Support & Contact Management
· Handle inquiries via 0800 number, support inbox, and website live chat.
· Respond to queries efficiently, providing immediate answers where possible.
· Ensure fast and effective communication, minimizing response times.
HubSpot Sales Hub Management
· Log new leads and contacts from all communication channels.
· Send initial emails to prospects and provide business support.
· Troubleshoot issues and guide users to relevant resources.
· Generate reports to support franchise sales and marketing efforts.
Marketing & Franchise Support
· Create and manage marketing assets in Canva.
· Onboard and support Canva users within the franchise network.
· Assist with website content updates and marketing materials.
· Support new franchise onboarding by preparing credentials and uploading key content.
General Operations & Event Support
· Provide administrative and operational support to the GO team and franchise owners.
· Assist in the planning and execution of Quinovic’s PM and Annual conference.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and Canva is a plus
· Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
· A proactive, self-motivated attitude with great attention to detail
· Experience in marketing, property management, or customer support is beneficial
