Tessa Keeling (Principal) has owned and operated Quinovic Property Management (Riccarton) since 2006 and prior to that, she worked for the NZ Police for 12 years in various roles, including managing their Evaluation Unit. Tessa has a Master’s degree from Massey University.
Rachelle Hughes (Business Development Manager) joined the team in March 2017. Her previous roles were predominantly in the finance sector having held various management positions both in Private Banking and Building Societies in the UK with a 2 year break from the sector working for North Yorkshire Police in their Operational Support Unit. On migrating to New Zealand in 2010 she returned to finance and held the positions of Senior Personal Banker at ANZ and Branch Manager at Heartland Bank in Rangiora.
Johno Douglas (Property Manager) started working at Quinovic Riccarton in 2013. His previous roles have included working for the National Bank for 13 years in international trade finance, 5 years on the foreign exchange floor of Citibank, London, and more recently, working for Receivables Management Ltd as a manager in the Purchased Debt department.
Wendy Chenery (Property Manager) joined Quinovic Riccarton in 2015 and has more than 15 years’ experience in the Christchurch property management industry. Her previous roles have been with TLC Property Management and A1 Property Managers.
Robert Delahunty (Property Manager) joined Quinovic Riccarton in February 2019 after significant growth within the business. Robert has a Bachelor of Business Studies and has worked in a variety of roles both in New Zealand and overseas in account and project management.
Pauline Sidon joined Quinovic Riccarton in 2020 and brings with her many years of experience in various roles including 7 years in property and real estate sales, 4 years’ experience in managing a busy manufacturing and distribution company and 4 years in the NZ Police.
