We take a large photo condition report prior to every tenant going in to the start of a tenancy. An average three bedroom house could easily have 500 plus photos taken during this process. Many other property managers don't take photos or if they do only 20-30 which is woefully inadequate

Her other passion is cricket, which she has followed for many years and supports the Black Caps through thick and thin. She is also a big fan of rugby.
