2017 Customer Satisfaction Award Winner

Quinovic Riccarton are the proud winners of the inaugural “Customer Satisfaction Award 2017”. The Riccarton based Property Management Company was one of 32 Quinovic offices competing for the title, which was presented at Quinovic’s recent annual conference.

The Customer Satisfaction Award is judged using an independent company, Per-ceptive, which measures customer satisfaction through customer survey feedback. Tessa Keeling, owner of Quinovic Riccarton, said that she was immensely proud of this award as it is “a true, independent measure of the service we are providing to our clients”. Keeling said that her team had been working extremely hard at this all year and continue to strive to provide the absolute best customer service in property management to both property owners and tenants.

Quinovic Riccarton has been operating in the Christchurch and Canterbury market for the last 11 years and has a loyal and long-term client base. They are a small dedicated team determined to provide excellence in customer service in an ever-changing and challenging rental property market. Tessa goes onto say that “it is very special to have obtained this award and to be recognised in front of peers and colleagues. It’s not easy providing consistent, great customer service in a market that has had many fluctuations over the last 5 years, and within an industry that has a reputation for being problematic!
