Quinovic Riccarton 10 Point Promise Terms and Conditions

10 POINT PROMISE CONDITIONS

RENT PROMISE:

  • This offer relates to new managements from 1 September 2018
  • The rental property was initially let by Quinovic Riccarton
  • The rental property has a 4-week bond lodged with the Bond Centre
  • We are able to conduct the rental arrears process using our normal arrear procedures
  • Does not apply to tenancies that are abandoned before the end of the fixed term
  • This service relates only to rent losses and does not include compensation for property damage, cleaning, rubbish removal or loss in property value
  • This offer applies for the length of the first tenancy, or a 12-month period, whichever is the lesser
  • This offer is available at the discretion of Quinovic Riccarton and can be withdrawn at any stage
  • Force majeure - In the event Quinovic Riccarton is unable to meet its obligations under its Ten Point Promise due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of god, pandemics, changes in government legislation, the obligations are hereby suspended, particularly those that relate to the guarantee of rental payments.

SERVICE PROMISE:

  • You have advised us in writing of the problem
  • We are given 28 days to resolve the problem
  • The issue relates to our service delivery as per our Management Agreement with you
